This storefront is operated by Edilson Cano, a sole proprietor operating under the Terminal Club name. If live ordering is enabled, Edilson Cano will be the seller and contracting party unless these terms identify a different seller before purchase. Terminal Club remains the customer-facing brand.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled; acknowledging that notice is not a blanket consent to data processing. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, use the site or make a purchase only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Terminal Club's current product is the TC-001 Bracelet from Private Issue 001, displayed at $48.00 USD. The planned 316L stainless steel grade has not been verified. Final material details, dimensions, and weight will be published before orders open.

We aim to display products accurately, but screens, lighting, and production tolerances can create minor differences in color or finish. We may correct genuine errors in descriptions, price, or availability before accepting an order. Nothing here limits rights for goods that are faulty or materially different from their description.

Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. In the current test environment, opening Stripe Checkout creates a short inventory hold for testing but no real purchase. When live ordering is enabled, a successful payment can create an order on the server. Any current checkout confirmation applies only to a test order.

Checkout is hosted by Stripe. You must provide current, complete, and accurate order and payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. Terminal Club does not store full card details in its own database.

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. The product price, quantity, shipping charge, taxes, and any known additional charges will be shown before a live payment is submitted. The present test checkout does not charge shipping or tax and must not be treated as a live quote. Your payment provider may apply currency-conversion or other fees outside Terminal Club's control.

Inventory is validated on the server and reduced only after successful payment confirmation. An item can sell out before checkout is completed. We may reject or cancel an order for genuine stock, pricing, payment-risk, legal, or delivery problems. If payment was captured for an order we cannot fulfill, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

The Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these terms. Review both before placing a live order. They explain destination availability, delivery, the planned 30-day return window, item-condition requirements, return shipping, and mandatory consumer rights.

Care instructions will be published before orders open. Nothing in this section limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Joining the marketing list is optional and is not a condition of purchase. New submissions are currently paused while the support and privacy inbox is inactive. If signup is later activated, submitting the dedicated form will request Terminal Club release emails, and you may unsubscribe at any time. Newsletter data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Do not interfere with the site, checkout, inventory, forms, or security controls.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or submit fraudulent information.
• Do not use automated tools to abuse checkout, reserve inventory, scrape protected content, or overwhelm the service.
• Do not use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

The Terminal Club name and wordmark, product names, original copy, approved imagery, graphics, and site design may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Rights may belong to Edilson Cano or to third-party licensors. Except where law permits, do not copy, publish, modify, sell, or commercially exploit site material without permission from the applicable rights holder. Visiting the site or purchasing a product does not grant a right to use Terminal Club branding. This statement is not a claim of trademark registration or clearance.

Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Vercel, Instagram, and TikTok are independent services with their own terms and privacy practices. Links do not imply endorsement, and Terminal Club is not responsible for a third-party service beyond what applicable law requires.

We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The product description and customer commitments published at the time of purchase will apply to the order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a new effective date. A change will not rewrite the terms that governed an already accepted order. support@terminaljewelry.com is the planned support and privacy contact, but it is not yet active or tested for incoming messages and replies. No public correspondence address has been approved. A monitored channel and approved correspondence address will be published before live ordering opens. Terminal Club must also record the policy version attached to each live order so later changes can be distinguished from the terms presented at purchase.
